    There are a plethora of agencies out there offering to help you recruit. We’re often asked what makes us better, why we think we’re different.

    Naturally, we like to think we’re different and not just in style but in substance too.

    Firstly, and perhaps most importantly, we’ve been around a long time. Our senior management team of six has clocked up over fifty years with People Unlimited, working with value-led organisations. We do know the sector, we have a great and long standing list of happy clients and candidates, and we value our reputation highly!

    Secondly, we’re not in this sector because it’s the latest new thing. Our track record shows that, and we’re all personally involved as volunteers, trustees, mentors or have recently worked within it. This means we have inside knowledge of what its like to work in the sector and that informs our ability to help you recruit great candidates.

And we get our candidates to recommend us to their friends.
