David is the founder, major shareholder and Managing Director of People Unlimited. Having established the business in 1990 as Charity People, from his house in Plumstead, South East London, he's still busy trying to change the world 20 years later. A passionate believer that working with 'value led' organisations is the best job in the world, he's determined to raise the profile of the sector as a great place for talented and committed individuals. Living in North Yorkshire with 4 children he's as busy outside of work as in it, with hobbies that include playing saxophone and piano badly, sailing and hill walking.

At TMP Worldwide/Hudson Global Resources Rose recruited across a variety of industries. TMP Response Management, allowed Rose to expand on her experience to design and deliver candidate attraction and recruitment strategies across the UK and Europe. A transfer to the New York office saw her manage large scale recruitment projects nationwide with a major focus in assisting clients in their candidate attraction strategies and being an Employer of Choice.

Returning to the UK after 5 years in the US, in 2006, Rose embarked on roles within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing. Her role covered managing teams delivering recruitment solutions as well as engaging with clients on a consultative manner on wider HR activities.

Rose joined People Unlimited in September, this year as Sales and Marketing Manager. Her remit is to ensure People Unlimited continually add value to our existing clients and ensure our service meets the needs of our clients today and in the future.

Sarah has an impressive 10 year track record of executive recruitment at chief executive  and board level within the charity sector. Prior to this she held a number of senior  fundraising positions with UK based 'umbrella' charities. Her previous career in corporate sales and marketing, latterly for Compaq (now HP), gives her excellent links into the wider corporate sector and her continued work as a patient advocate for the breast cancer lobby gives her access to public sector contacts from a grassroots level through to senior policy influencers.
With a particular interest in effective charity governance, Sarah has recently completed a voluntary sector master's degree (MVA) at London South Bank University. This is complemented by her having served as a trustee for over twenty years. Previously a voluntary director of the London Symphony Chorus and Lambeth Crossroads, she currently serves as a trustee for Breakthrough Breast Cancer and as a governor for the Godolphin & Latymer School.

Helen has a ‘quirky’ career to date including 3 years teaching in Madrid, which sparked a love of Spain and all things Spanish which endures to this day.
